As soon as they find out about Babysigners, we find that a lot of people want to become more involved and help others to learn about it. And you can too. You can work as many hours as you want, depending on whether you want to earn a little extra money or make it a full time career. And you can choose whether you’d like to work during school term times only or a full working year. it’s up to you. Not that it’s about the money for most people – just being involved with mothers and their babies brings a wealth of satisfaction that’s impossible to quantify.
The investment you’ll need to start up your own franchise is £1,400. This covers all your training in the theory of baby signing, your training in how to stand up in front of a group of mums, your licenses to use our syllabus and systems and your props for the classes. We’ll even show you the nuts and bolts of running your own business. Most importantly, though, it makes you part of Babysigners. We’ll provide help, support and encouragement from the word go and then we’ll continue to support you as your business grows. And you’ll be joining a group of like-minded teachers to share your experiences and swap advice, hints and tips.
All our classes are based upon the proven teaching principles developed by best selling baby signing guru, Dr. Joseph Garcia. We are the publishers of his recent, and most comprehensive, book and we continue to work very closely with him as all our classes are based upon his work and the book that we developed with him for the British market.
